Education Committee
Oversees the growth and quality of EDSF education programs. This committee is chartered with recommending programs to the EDSF Board of Directors for approval. Several functions fall under the responsibility of this group:

• Excellence in Education Award Selection
  Reviews the award nominations and selects recipients.
• Scholarship Award Selection
  Reviews scholarship applications and selects award recipients.

Research Committee
Monitors leading-edge research projects to analyze emerging technologies and trends that impact our ever-changing industry. This committee is chartered with recommending research projects to the EDSF Board of Directors. Several functions fall under the responsibility of this group:

• Academic research grants
• Major branding research in collaboration with colleges and universities
• EDSF REPORT
• Industry Research Library (online)

Research projects in the development stage have committees that advise and execute activities in the specific areas of:

• Research project management: overseeing the development of the research.
• Financial development: gaining funding for the research development.
• Marketing: providing expertise in marketing the research results.

Development Committee
Solicits funding for EDSF education programs, research projects and overhead expenses.

Trustees of Scholarship Funds
Administers EDSF scholarship funds. These individuals recommend, monitor and oversee the management of the scholarship financials.
